Biomaterials we use:
Zirkonia
Zirkonia- High mechanical strength, low wall thicknesses and very high aesthetics is required, Prettau Zr is suitable for the production of monolithic and veneered crowns and bridges for the anterior and posterior regions
Titanium
Titanium is considered one of the most health-friendly materials that exist. Has been very difficult to mill primary structures made of titanium with the CAD/CAM system in a standard laboratory, at London Digital Lab in combination with our CAD/CAM technology it is now possible to increase the added value of your laboratory even further!
CrCo
Our CrCo it is particularly suited for the manufacture of bars and metal frameworks for veneering with ceramics. Is still an very common option this days specially for full arch rehabilitations.
E’max
E’max-IPS e.max CAD lithium disilicate is the most commonly used glass-ceramic worldwide. The material covers a wide variety of indications and combines efficiency with easy handling. Milled or pressed, from venners, crowns and Inlays/onlays to the most challenging single central we have the tolls and the right knowledge to provide you with the most aesthectical appliance.
Glass Ceramic
Suitable for the efficient production of aesthetic single-tooth restorations. Our restorations blend in with the residual tooth structure in an optically pleasing manner due to the pronounced chameleon effect.
PMMA
Our PMMA allows you to produce temporary crowns and bridges.
Peek
We offer an additional metal-free alternative to conventional dental restorations. Due to its excellent characteristics, thethermoplastic high quality resin is particularly suitable for the manufacture of permanent dental restorations. Its high plaque resistance and, above all, its striking biocompatibility, make our peek to an ideal material for treating patients with allergies.
